We found today interesting research about the effects of fumigants on soilborne disease and microbial communities and we thought we would share it with you.

Seventy percent of the harvest of potato crop is used in chip production, for which high-quality tubers are demanded by the industry. It was heard in the news last year that Australian shoppers should be prepared to pay more for the potatoes because of the shortage especially in the country’s southern states.

The research objectives for the potato crop soil fumigation focused on non-treated control, Vapam, Dominus and three separate rates of PicPlus. Follow here to see the full article.
